Two-Step Payment Process

In personalizing our preparations for a limited number of retreats, we ask for your commitment in registering. This includes making a $150 payment when you register to hold the dates for you; this amount is nonrefundable. The balance of the full amount is expected a week prior to the retreat either through the website Paypal portal or by sending us a personal check. Should you pay further in advance and wish to cancel, this second amount will be refunded to you. In terms of a refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before the first day of the retreat, allowance will be given in case of a sudden illness, family crisis, or weather event. We appreciate your communications in all regards.

What To Expect Upon Registration

Upon registration, we will email you within days with an acknowledgement of your registration/payment. We will also send you a questionnaire the answers to which we ask be returned within 2 weeks of the first day of the retreat. Your questionnaire responses will give us basic information about you and the elder(s) you are caring for, and they will allow us to personalize and prepare for your concerns in advance of the retreat. This information will remain confidential as with other retreat communications. In advance of your retreat, we will be pleased to talk by phone or exchange emails in order to answer your questions or otherwise clarify information that will improve your experience.
